SharpiePRO 3.0 and Claire updates
SharpiePRO has been updated to version 3.0 - free for registered users!
1. Smart sharpening. "Smart sharpening as offered here alters how much sharpening is applied to each pixel depending on its placement in the histogram and how it relates to pixels around it. Smart sharpening is very good at reducing the halo effects of traditional unsharp masking."
2. Two Enhancer modes. "The enhancer re-interprets camera sensor data based on a new algorithm for chromatic blending."
3. Per-camera defaults. "The camera defaults feature allows you to create capture sharpening defaults that are different for each camera you use."
4. Streamlined UI. There are now two master panels, with the most commonly used controls duplicated on a small Mini panel for a more compact integration with your tool panels.
5. More Blur options: Add & Subtract, for more specialized effects.
6. Speed. It's faster, but not much. Hey, any bit helps.
7. Vista installer included -- I fixed the batch file so it should work properly now. I tested it on both XP and Vista and it works a treat.
Also, Claire has been updated to include D50 lighting for the QPCard 201 - 1.0b now available for download.
